1. Acceptance

By using Tooly (tooly.work), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Tooly provides online tools for business and productivity use. Free tier includes daily usage limits. Pro tier removes limits for a monthly or annual fee.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@tooly.work for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the service for illegal purposes, attempt to bypass usage limits, upload malicious files, or use the service in a way that could damage our infrastructure.

6. Data Handling

Uploaded files are processed temporarily and deleted after processing. We do not store your documents, bank statements, or images. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tooly is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
