Getting started
Do I need an account to use Tooly?
No. Most tools work instantly with zero signup. You only need an account if you want Pro features or premium apps like BankToCSV, InvoiceForge and BookEase.
How do the free daily limits work?
Free users get 5 uses per tool per day, tracked locally in your browser. When you hit the limit you'll see a friendly banner — upgrade to Pro for unlimited use, or come back tomorrow.
Which tools are free and which are Pro?
53 of 59 tools are free. Six premium apps (BankToCSV, InvoiceForge, DomainForge, LicenseTracker, BookEase, RefundPro) require Pro — €10/mo or €99 lifetime. Pro also removes all daily limits.
Where are my results saved?
Free tools run in your browser — results live on your device only. Premium apps save your data to your account so you can access it across devices.

What's included in Pro?
Unlimited use of all 59+ tools, all six premium apps, batch processing, export tools, and priority support — €10/mo billed monthly, or €8/mo billed yearly (€96/yr, save 20%).
Is the Lifetime deal really one-time?
Yes. €99 once, forever — including all future tools we ship. It's the best value and the most popular choice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, in two clicks from your dashboard. No calls, no retention tricks. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Lifetime. Email 4toolywork@gmail.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Send BTC or USDC (Solana) to the wallet on the pricing page and email us your transaction ID — we'll activate Lifetime within 1 hour.
Privacy & security
Do you store my uploaded files?
No. Browser tools never upload files. Server-side tools (like PDF merging) process files in memory and delete them immediately after. See the Privacy Policy.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments run through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never see or store your card number. Crypto payments go directly to our verified OKX wallet.
Do you sell my data?
Never. No trackers beyond basic analytics, no ad profiles, no data sales. That's a core part of why Tooly exists.
Troubleshooting
A tool isn't working — what now?
First, hard-refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R). If it persists, tell us which tool, which browser, and what happened — email 4toolywork@gmail.com and we'll fix it fast.
I paid but Pro isn't active.
Stripe confirmations usually activate instantly. If it's been more than 10 minutes, email us your Stripe receipt and we'll activate manually.
Can I use Tooly on mobile?
Yes — every tool works in any modern mobile browser. Premium apps are also mobile-friendly.
Why is a feature missing?
We ship new tools every week, mostly from user requests. Tell us what you need — the fastest way to get a feature built is to ask for it.
