Tooly started from a simple frustration: too many bookmarks, too many logins, too many subscriptions for basic work tools. A QR generator here, a password maker there, an invoice app somewhere else — each one asking for $10–15/month and your personal data.
So we built the alternative: a single platform with all the tools a working professional actually needs. No bloat, no upsells, no dark patterns — just tools that work, and a price that's honest.
Our philosophy: every tool we build should save someone time. If it doesn't, we don't ship it. We'd rather have 20 great tools than 200 mediocre ones.

Free should actually be free
Our free tier gives you real tools with reasonable daily limits. No credit card, no "start your trial", no countdown timers.
Pricing should be fair
€10/month is what a solo freelancer can afford without thinking twice. The €99 lifetime deal means you pay once and never worry again.
Your data is yours
We don't store your uploaded files. We don't sell data. We don't build profiles on you. Most tools run entirely in your browser.
How We're Built
Tooly is independent and bootstrapped — no VC funding, no investors to please, no growth-at-all-costs. That's exactly why we can keep prices low and privacy strict: we answer to users, not shareholders.
The stack is deliberately simple: vanilla JavaScript, a lightweight Node.js API, nginx, and Let's Encrypt SSL. No microservices, no unnecessary complexity. Just working software that's easy to maintain and secure.
What's Next
We ship new tools every week, mostly based on user requests. Current roadmap includes more image and document tools, plus deeper integrations with the tools you already use.
