1. What We Collect

When you use Tooly, we collect:

• Account info: Email address and hashed password (if you create an account)
• Usage data: Which tools you use and how many times (for usage limits)
• Anonymous analytics: Page views via Google Analytics (no personal data)

2. What We DON'T Collect

• We do NOT store your uploaded files (bank statements, invoices, images, PDFs)
• We do NOT sell your personal data
• We do NOT build profiles on you
• We do NOT share your information with third parties

All file processing happens in memory. Once you download the result, the file is permanently deleted from our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email is used only for account management (password resets, subscription status). Usage data is used only to enforce fair usage limits on the free tier. We never send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage

Account data is stored securely on our VPS in Germany (Contabo data center). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — we never see your actual password.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics for anonymous traffic analysis. No tracking cookies, no ad cookies, no third-party cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your payment data — we never see your credit card details. We use Google Analytics for anonymous traffic stats.

7. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@tooly.work. We will respond within 48 hours.
